TransDomo’s Monthly Inhouse News

During last months travels to Florida, Atlanta and Washington, D.C. we met with clients and international organizations to discuss and continue our work in the green, sustainable and energy efficient building sector.
We also attended a very interesting ‘German American Business Outlook – Presentation and Reception’ at the BDI in Washington, D.C. on November 20th 2009. It was interesting to learn about the results of a survey evaluating the transatlantic trade relations, the German investors’ projections for the U.S. economy and their opinion on the U.S. as an investment location. More than two third of the German companies in the US have a very optimistic outlook for 2010, some even do expect a strong rebound of the economy. One third of the German companies in the US plan to invest again and do not anticipate any layoffs in 2010. They also see the risk of an unfavorable exchange rate and possible protectionistic trade policies.
In December we attended the Transatlantic Climate Bridge: ‘Energy Efficient Buildings’ at the German Cultural Center in Atlanta. We particularly enjoyed the interesting discussions with the panel speakers Lutz Goergens, Andreas Schuering, Dennis Creech and Dennis Blackburne and many others.

Please stay tuned. The New Year will bring exciting changes for TransDomo, LLC and our clients. If your company is involved in the green building, sustainable and energy efficient industry be sure to check out our next newsletter in January 2010.
We wish all of our readers and clients a wonderful holiday and a successful New year !
